Vogue Festival, Lady Gaga's new Armani look, and teen Heidi Klum

Vogue Festival has launched

Today is the launch of the much awaited Vogue Festival. With a sexy line-up including Christopher Bailey, Nigella Lawson, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, Laura Bailey, Stella McCartney and Kate Hudson - it's set to be a day full of fascinating talks and inspirational style. For updates, exclusive photos, and details of the rest of the weekend, check out the Vogue site.

Livia Firth has been explaining to Lisa Armstrong why she can never go back to the high-street. Her passion for ethical and ecological clothing has propelled her into the heart of sustainable fashion design, and it looks like she's there to stay.

If you're looking for a wake-up call then check out this photo of Heidi Klum as a youngster. In her first fashion shoot, as a brunette no less, she couldn't look further from the blonde icon she is now. We're also a fan of the creepy dolls and duck teddies surrounding her. Bizarre.

For all the little monsters that are eagerly awaiting Lady Gaga's latest worldwide tour, the first sketches have been released of Armani's costume designs. Spikes, latex, mirrors and black crystals all feature on the characteristically irreverent designs.

Mac is famous for its collaborations with famous faces. Gareth Pugh and Miss Piggy have both recently worked with the make-up company, but now international stylist Carine Roitfeld will be working with Mac to create products that reflect her own gothic style. We can't wait to see her take smokey eyes to the next level.
