For all the people whose attempts to purchase the tasty tropical pieces in the recent Versace for H&M collaboration were thwarted by bad internet connections or aggressive elbow-baring shoppers, there is another chance to spend those pennies buying high-end designed goods.
The second instalment of the partnership will be part of the Cruise collection (or Resort, here in Europe) and fans can expect the same level of fun summery prints, at a fraction of the Versace prices. The collection includes dresses, shorts, shoes, bikinis and negligée - all with an underlying theme of fruits and butterflies. The colour palette is strictly pastels: powder blue, white, dusty pink, and lime greens, in either block colour or even rows of delicious looking delicacies.
The accessories are more bold, with subtly sparkling yellow gold in shoes, statement earrings and large belt buckles. In many ways, it's far more wearable than the previous collection, so we're envisioning an even bigger frenzy to get hold of the limited edition collection. Luckily, for the health and safety of Europe's residents, the collection will only be available online and in Selfridges, from January 19th, but cannot be purchased by fans in the US or Canada as of yet.
So if you're the biggest Versace fan out there, or if you're just obsessed with the apparently never ending H&M collaborations, it's time to start memorising your card details and get prepared to fight for your fashion five-a-day.
